Victoria is a Research Assistant at The Lab @ DC. She assists The Lab in its operations as well as the planning and coordination of projects. Her current project is working in collaboration with the DC Department of Human Services’ Youth Services Division on finding evidence-based ways to enhance Youth programs, specifically their Alternatives to Court Experience (ACE) and Parent and Adolescent Support Services (PASS) programs. Her research interests include public management, operation and systems management, and social deviance.
Victoria graduated summa cum laude from University of South Alabama with a B.A. in Sociology and Statistics. Go Jags! She is currently a master’s candidate in Public Administration at American University and will graduate in May 2019. Her life’s quest is to find the perfect chocolate.
