Victoria was a Research Assistant at The Lab @ DC. She assisted The Lab in its operations as well as the planning and coordination of projects. Her current project is working in collaboration with the DC Department of Human Services’ Youth Services Division on finding evidence-based ways to enhance Youth programs, specifically their Alternatives to Court Experience (ACE) and Parent and Adolescent Support Services (PASS) programs. Her research interests include public management, operation and systems management, and social deviance.
Victoria graduated from University of South Alabama with a B.A. in Sociology and Statistics. Go Jags! She holds her Masters in Public Administration from American University.
